Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or if I change my mind?
We understand that shopping online can sometimes be a bit hit and miss, especially when it comes to finding the perfect fit. Galleria offers a straightforward return policy for all our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached. Please note however that due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for intimates, including Boy Shorts. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Policy

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing your unique tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery every step of the way. Simply click on the tracking number provided in the email, and you'll be directed to the carrier's website where you can view real-time updates on the whereabouts of your package.
